Vocals, hurdy-gurdy, harp, bouzouki, guitar Website : http://www.myspace.com/veroniquechalot Has studied classical guitar at the le Havre Conservatoire 2005 - Creation of the group "VEZIANA" : An exploration of musical practices from each side of the Pyrenees, from the Middle Ages to contemporary performance of the traditional heritage. 2003 - Took part in recording CD " NOMA'S " Afro-Celt-groove, world music, produced by Coop Breizh in Rennes. 1998 - Founded the early music ensemble "VOLUBILIS FLORENS" following on form musical carreer extending over twenty years, notably in Italy, including fundamental research into different forms of traditional song: The Complainte, the Ballade, The Reverdies and the Pastourelles. She took part in creating traditional dance workshops at the Cultural Center of Florence: FLOG. Incontro dei gruppi di ricerca etno-musicale (France, Italy, Ireland, England). In Florence, where she lived for over ten years, she undertook research in early Italian and Iberian music. What began as a spontaneous approach ti singing soon developed with new and enriching musical productions drawing on some of the latest discoveries in early music. 1975-1989 - Participated in numerous international festivals: in Italy (Rome, Milan, Turin, Venice, Florence, Bologne, Verona, in Sicily and Sardinia), England (London). 1972 - Actively involved as performer in the "Folk Revival" movement and received early exposure at the "Bourdon " Folk Club and the American Center in Paris.
