A large number of codices, books and treaties descibe the steps, the dances and origins of this art form, as early as the 15th century. An amazing musicological and orchestral heritage allows us to rediscover the customs in that time of renewal where dancing became a way to express oneself :

expression of the times, and of the social functions through balls ; political and esthetic expression brought on with the birth of ballet ; expression of sensory pleasure, of a refined trend for intellectual elegance and appreciation for the arts.

In all modesty but with passion, we kindly invite you to discover the Renaissance through the dances that have made that period.

Most of all, we invite you to have fun, to escape, and to introduce yourself to this form of art by joining this ring of perpetual motion.
